Mutton keema curry, that too Dhaba-style aloo mutton keema! This is a simple yet flavorsome preparation of minced meat with slight gravy. Dhaba-style aloo mutton keema curry goes well with paratha, chapati, appam, pathiri, and rice.

I am using minced mutton for this preparation, but if you wish, you can substitute minced mutton with minced beef, minced pork, or minced chicken. Mutton keema recipe has many variations. Some uses green peas, some potatoes, and many just tomatoes. Here, in our mutton keema curry recipe, we are using potatoes (cubed).

Its 6 speed levels and pulse function enable kneading, beating, and whisking for a variety of recipes such as bread, roti, cake, cookies, muffins, and many more. I have used it only for mincing so far, and it worked well.
