Crispy and Soft Lipsmacking Cutlet Collections from Luv Cutlet Kochi

All of us would have surely wished to go out with our family or friends to try out some new delicacies towards the late evenings. Kochi being a metro city is having some fascinating street food shops and restaurants serving delicious recipes through late evenings and nights. We decided to explore a few of these eateries in Kochi and that made us visit the shops outside the Kalloor Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. There were numerous food spots in operation and among those we have chosen the famous shop by the name Luv Cutlet. As we were strolling towards our destination, shops which we have already made our visit in the vicinity have come to my mind one after the other. Al Taza for Shawarma, Arabian Palace for Malabar biriyani and Let’s Eat for a cup of coffee were some of the fascinating eateries. Chinku who is giving me company throughout this late-evening exploration has come up with another food spot by the name of Sabuchettante Thattukada. We decided to visit the restaurant soon after our first objective, the Luv Cutlet Kochi.

The food spot has an open dining facility towards its front and as we got to the shop, most of the chairs available outside were occupied by customers. There were dining facilities provided inside the shop as well, but we decided to have our food in the open. Luv Cutlet has gained quite a lot of recognition in the recent past for serving some of the most unique cutlet varieties we have heard of. At the order counter, we have been greeted with a menu card. The lady who is taking the orders explained to us about the three special cutlet varieties in demand namely Italian Cheese, Classic Cheese and Kanthari.

Our vlog at Luv Cutlet Kochi

Chinku has opted for the Kanthari variety thinking about the rich spicy flavour it promises. But the lady assured us that it has only a light spicy flavour and that brought a smile to our faces. We have opted for all these special cutlet varieties it offers and stroll down the entrance to find out our table. The cutlets come in paper holders and they were served on a fibre plate. A special mayonnaise is served along the cutlets as a dip for an improved flavour and it comes in a small plastic container. Chinku has bought an extra beef cutlet with the intention to take it home.

We have tried the Italian Cheese variety for starters and it had a delicious flavour. Cutlets were served soon after its preparation and that let the heat stay intact. These snacks’ variety should be taken without much delay from cooking to enjoy their delicious flavour. Chinku chose not to use the dip as he intended to know the real flavour. It has an awesome cheesy taste with crispy fried exteriors. The juicy contents inside the cutlet define the taste and it was really nice. Those who love to have mayonnaise would surely find it appealing to use the dip.

The Kanthari variety had a light green texture inside and the spiciness is not as prominent as we have thought. Among all the three varieties, we both liked it the most. It has an amazing Bird’s eye chilli flavour and it was truly a new experience. The classic cheese variety is the last one we tried and we had to grab the cheese the second time as it was confined to the juicy interiors. The cheesy flavour felt excellent and if we happen to look for food spots serving some unique delicacies in the late evenings and through the night till 12 am, Luv Cutlet Kochi would surely be an amazing choice to have.
