As the name suggests, Aabba Tandoor specializes in tandoori and barbecue dishes.  They serve some Kerala dishes as well. Their chicken barbecue, butter chicken, and mayonnaise have lots of admirers on the internet. Prices of dishes are reasonable. Although they specialize in non-vegetarian cuisine, vegetarians can also satisfy their tummies with dishes such as paneer butter masala and gobi manchurian. They have an open kitchen, which could assure the customers about the quality of food served.

Aabba Tandoor Kanjirappally is located close to KK Road, and so is not difficult to spot. Homegrown Nursery and Farms is a prominent landmark nearby. This restaurant has ample parking space. Although the interiors are not plush or huge, they are well maintained. There is a separate family room for more privacy during family outings. Availability of toilets is a plus point for family guests.

Aabba Tandoor is not open in the mornings. So if you are in a mood for barbecues for breakfast, this is not the place. They are open only from 12 PM till 9 PM. Sundays are holidays. They have dining and takeaway options.
